I/O

Our data collection unit effectively collects data using I/O ports. I/O ports can be found on most production equipment and are especially useful in legacy machines that don’t support industry protocols.

Protocols

We use industry-standard protocols like Fanuc FOCAS, Thinc API, MTConnect, OPC UA, and add more regularly to support most of the machine tools out there. Most machine tool manufacturers like Mazak, Okuma, DMG, Doosan, Fanuc, and many more support these protocols to communicate. The Nytt data acquisition unit can extract raw data from the machine using these protocols, convert it into human-understandable parameters, and provide handy analytics so that you can make better decisions.
